A personal note mentioning specific contributions carry much sincerity. By featuring all kinds of information, outlines, news releases, and contracts pave the way for next event crew.

Finally, it is always a good idea to schedule an after the event party to reward everyone that helped with the event. Giving people a chance to relax and share the experiences of a long and interesting day.
